As KAPITL’s HR Business Partner, I’m stepping into an exciting phase where I’ll be leading our first recruitment efforts, right as we prepare for our seed funding round. Partnering with the founders, my focus is on attracting and onboarding talented individuals who are not only skilled but passionate about our mission to innovate in real estate investment. This role gives me the chance to shape our team from the ground up, crafting an onboarding process and a culture that supports high performance, collaboration, and agility. Building a core team that aligns with our vision is my priority, ensuring KAPITL is ready to scale successfully through this pivotal growth stage.

Leading and managing the HR agenda within various business areas across multiple sites. Managing and advising on all employee relations topics, providing employment law and best-practice guidance and advice. Supporting the business agendas relating to organisational development, succession planning and employee life cycle topics. Proactively creating and managing HR policies and processes in line with employment legislation. Managing business integration (merger/acquisition, demerger, insourcing/outsourcing) from the HR perspective and developing a strong relationships with the business and corporate teams up to high level.

Providing a comprehensive and flawless HR administrative service, responding to HR queries and assisting in the implementation of HR policy in relation to employee resourcing, starters, leavers, development and reward activities. Working closely with the HR Assistants, HR Advisors and Recruitment Advisors, reporting into the HR Business Partner to provide support to our colleagues. Acting as the first point of contact for all HR queries, resolving issues and escalating to the HR Advisor or HR manager where neccessary. Contacting candidates and agencies to arrange telephone and face to face interviews with hiring managers, providing written confirmation to both parties. Providing support with reward and payroll processes and monitoring visa sponsorship and immigration reviews.
