• Assist Supervisor by providing consistent feedback on assigned special projects• Encourage members to visit physicians for regular checkups• Communicate professionally with Members, Providers, and caregivers to successfully acquire information and schedule members for Personal Health Visits• Consistently exceeds quality assurance and productivity goals on a monthly basis• Act as the Lead person in the absence of supervisor• Place calls to medical facilities to verify location information for medical record reviewers • Provide informational support to prospective providers and medical staff to increase adoption of the ePASS tool and gain their commitment to submit SOAP notes on behalf of health plan clients• Assist quality department by performing quality assurance for member complaints submitted to client health plans• Scheduled medical record audits for Provider facility and hospitals• Exceed daily scheduling productivity• Adhere to all HIPAA and confidentiality required by Inovalon and Health Plans• Maintain Inbound and Outbound calls at a rate 120 to 200 calls per day, depending on the type of calls
