The role of Ministry Support was added to my job responsibilities. In addition to my other duties, I act as a liaison for over 40 volunteer leaders of various groups. I publish a monthly newsletter for them to stay connected and excited, and I offer one-on-one workshops to help them with graphic design, content writing and recruitment techniques.

On February 1, 2018, my job at St Michael Parish expanded to include overseeing all Adult Enrichment. In addition to my other duties, I became responsible for evangelization and ongoing spiritual growth for adults (not including adults preparing for initiation sacraments). I provide resources for individuals, families, and small groups to flourish in faith.Additionally, I provide ghostwriting services and publicity graphic design to clergy and ministry leaders. I am the editor of the hard copy weekly bulletin and the weekly Flocknote (eNewsletter). I am the content creator for the parish website, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. I write and publish journalistic interviews. I also am the "online receptionist" for members of the community who post questions on social media or use the live chat plugin on the website.

I am the modern-day version of the town crier for the parish. I strategize social media campaigns aimed at eye-catching evangelization and parish event communication on Facebook, YouTube, Flocknote, and the parish website. I am the Flocknote guru, administering the network and training and supporting ministry leaders in managing digital media. I publish a seriously addictive weekly Flocknote newsletter. I work closely with the Pastor, business administrator, parish council, and key group leaders to ensure proper communication with the parish community. The effect is an engaged and ignited congregation.

I create social media graphic designs for the Office of Vocations for the Diocese of Oakland to encourage event attendance at retreats, talks, and gatherings.

I strategize engaging social media campaigns every week that drive online jewelry sales. My world is Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and Pinterest, and I conduct each platform like it’s my orchestra. I also whip up online store content, write blog posts that cause double-takes and compose email campaigns that people actually open and read. I manage photographer's photo shoots, direct content for videographers and develop useful intern projects. I nurture the relationships of our customers, fans, celebrities, stylists, bloggers, vloggers and other influential tastemakers like they are my best friends. I maintain all in-corporate communications, calendars, Google Drive documents so everyone stays on track, all the time. I am the supervisor of 12 people, directing stunning photo and video content.

I managed all public relations, including writing and submitting press releases, corporate outreach, volunteer recruiting and awareness marketing campaigns. I served as the principal grant researcher and proposal writer. I composed all written assets, including brochures, mission statements, volunteer task manuals, board meeting minutes, project outlines. I administered all in-house communication via email and phone. I administered and maintained all website copy. I developed marketing strategies for fundraising events. I served as volunteer recruiter and scheduler.
