My job included the development and implementation of communications, marketing and public relations strategies with the major purpose to attract new students (High school and adult level). I was responsible for the purchase of services from PR- and communication agencies, the overseeing of all electronic and print-based marketing and campaign material and the planning of media campaigns and news agendas.In my role I advised directors and other members of the organisation on media relations and strategic communication, developed and maintained media relations, wrote news reports, press releases and other forms of internal and external communications. I was responsible for the edit and development of websites and social media channels.

I was in charge of the company’s overall marketing and during my short time I worked mainly with PR, marketing segmentation strategies, product launch, trade fairs and the development of an e-learning system.

As marketing manager for GN ReSound, Sweden I was in charge of all B2B marketing strategies and activities such as product launch, trade fairs and marketing communication activities. I was also responsible for purchasing and producing sales- and communications material and for the planning and implementation of PR- and sponsor activities. I was responsible for the marketing of three different product segments and had budget and managerial responsibility. Most important skills/learnings from GN is that I built up a small but functional marketing department to support the three sales team, developed tools for efficient marketing such as a customer newsletter and scientific customer seminars. I also worked hard on media- and news training of personal and developed a new web-concept. I was part of an extremely growing business and during my time as marketing manager the Swedish subsidiary grow from app. 7 till 40 employees and a market leading position.
