I’m a strategist, a change-agent, a coach. I’m a facilitator, an educator, and often a learner. I am a collaborator grounded in sustainability, and focused on organizational transformation and leadership & team development.Guided by the pillars of sustainability – Environmental integrity, Economic vitality, Social/racial Equity and Human dignity – I partner with leaders to navigate systems change and shifts in culture and practice to arrive at their definition of success. ✨ I help organizations build alignment by developing and implementing strategically planned change efforts that connect people, process, and structure to purpose. ✨ I create intentional spaces to have bold and inclusive conversations that drives value and fosters a sense of belonging. A leader in equity and inclusion, I’ve created and led workshops on culturally responsive teaching, anti-oppressive practices in program design, and challenging implicit bias in local government and municipalities. I’ve facilitated discussions on identity, power & privilege, dimensions of racism, and have led strategy workshops and visioning sessions. I also use my knack for event planning to create unique and fun experiential learning experiences. I’ve produced Eco-Fashion shows to raise awareness on the impact of consumption and waste on our environment; designed DEIJ-focused “Amazing Race” team-building activities in different cities; and as a thought leader, presented at conferences and facilitated retreats.I have a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Psychology and a Master’s degree in Sustainability. I have worked across the private, public and non-profit sectors, as well as various industries including management consulting, education, and conservation. This expansive experience has given me the ability to maneuver comfortably and confidently in highly matrixed, cross-functional environments. And through my consultancy, I offer purpose-driven organizations support in creating transformative and meaningful systems change for social change. Thank you for taking the time to get to know me. Let me know how I can help!
