GetWhy acquired Preely, and I exited the company.

Preely is a self-service SaaS platform for unmoderated, remote user testing, and hosting of user panels. It consists of three areas, where you can create your test and distribute it, host your user panel, and assess test data and analytics. We collect most usability and UX metrics.Together with the team, I focus on:- Ensuring a holistic user-, business-, and technology-appropriate experience across the platform and online services- Global communication and partnerships- Enterprise sales and collaboration- Business development and online strategyFurthermore, I have the pleasure of:- Coordinating and hosting our UX meetups- Create content (written, video, talks, etc.)

Together with Lene Nielsen, I developed curriculum and taught the professional graduate course: UX og agil udvikling (Eng.: UX and agile development).

I was working with the development of Nykredit’s new customer and online banking universe. I conducted business analysis and acted as a link between the team and other business areas in Nykredit. Furthermore, I was co-founder of Nykredit’s in-house IT UX Forum. My focus here was aligning how Nykredit worked with usability, UX and design in agile software environments.

Supervising graduate students within Engineering Psychology.

Focus was on Agile UX and the exploration of the opportunities of working with user experience (UX) design and usability in a Scrum team developing embedded software for medical devices. The outcome was a UX toolbox consisting of existing usability and UX methods, modified to be used in an agile, industrial environment, enabling the software developers to carry out minor UX and usability work on their own.The research was conducted in collaboration with the software department at Radiometer and the Signal and Processing (SIP) section at the Department of Electronic Systems at Aalborg University.

I conducted user tests of different medico products in different design phases – from prototypes made in Hype to validation tests of new features.During this time, I also wrote the application to the Danish Agency for Science, Technology and Innovation (Styrelsen for Forskning og Innovation) applying for founding to the PhD-study, which was approved.

The Computer Vision And Robotics Research (Cvrr) Laboratory

As part of my PhD study I visited UCSD and worked at The Computer Vision and Robotics Research (CVRR) Laboratory. Here I advised in user testing of different GPS- and tracking systems and acted as an adviser in relation to the interior design of a new test vehicle.

During my stay in the US I worked part-time as UI designer in the software team at SenDx. I worked with different aspects of the UI of their soon-to-be-launched blood gas analyzer (CABO) and updated their Developer’s Guide, incl. designing and drawing GUI elements for the analyzer (Adobe Illustrator and InDesign).At the same time, I validated my research by training their software team in the different tools from the UX toolbox.

I was affiliated to the Converged Advanced Mobile Media Platforms (CAMMP) project during their test period. Here I planned and facilitated workshop and test of their prototype.
