National Account Manager
CurrentAs part of a National Account team, I am responsible for overall ownership of client relationships, account oversight and consultation for some of EyeMed's larger clients (5,000 - 20,000 employees) by:- Delivering a high level of client and member service and satisfaction to national client groups- Providing vision plan consultation, recommending services and plan enhancements based on financial reporting, industry expertise & competitive knowledge - Conducting annual business reviews with each client and negotiating contract renewals - Building and fostering long-lasting customer, broker and consultant relationships
