With over two decades of diverse cultural leadership experience, I am a coach and critical friend to arts and cultural organisations, bringing a valuable blend of strategic acumen and creative insight to my consulting work.As a collaborative problem-solver with great listening skills, I support visionary people in juggling operational realities and help directors and leadership teams scale their impact/achieve their outcomes. I provide senior-level assistance in a timely manner, whether it is for a couple of hours on Zoom or months on a bigger project.My background spans the commercial music industry, music education, libraries, museums, galleries, and socially-engaged arts practice, allowing me to offer diverse and informed perspectives on cultural sector challenges. This career path has given me expertise in strategic planning, change management, fundraising, evaluation, action learning and my favourite aspect of being a leader; building highly-engaged and innovative teams. Throughout my career, I've consistently turned professional aspiration into tangible success. At LeftCoast, I secured £4m in grants to leverage a flagship Creative People and Places programme and I guided LiveWire libraries through a significant library transformation programme valued at £300k.
