serve as a liaison between the Payer organization and other CHC functional groups, including but not limited to Sales Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Product Management.• Provides consultation to the Sales and Account Management team as needed to enhance new and ongoing client relationships. Create and maintain Top-50 checkerboard and white space reporting on regular basis.• Assist management and key business partners with an understanding of Payer reporting metrics and trend analysis on various levels of complexity.• Participates on special project teams for the creation of tools, documents, and processes to enable improvements to the overall client experience as needed including any Payer-wide transformation program.• Acts as program manager for the Payer Strategic Agreements Team; create, manage and execute day-to-day tasks relating to the PSA Team intake process. • Manages or participates in moderately complex projects involving multiple stakeholders through to completion in a timely, efficient, and collaborative fashion.• Tracking of product usage to identify potential opportunities for better product adoption.• Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of business units, products, strategies, and operational models. • Partner with internal groups to facilitate client requests and prepares, reviews and verifies documents and relevant information for accuracy on behalf of Payer Sales and Account Management team.
