Responsible for the implementation of complex multi-site procurement PPV and de risking initiatives in Raw Materials and Packaging delivering £5M cost savings and de risking the supply chain from 2018 to 2020. Responsible for sourcing and setting up supply chain for packaging and materials for New Product Introductions in the Respiratory Heath category.

Responsible for Technical Transfer for complex NPI projects on site, managing multi-functional teams to deliver projects to market. Performance Managed Risk and Change Control process for the team, building capability in team members.
