I am a freelance editor and a digital imaging technician/assistant editor with an associate of arts degree in cinematography and film/video production from Glendale Community College. I have over four years of freelance editing experience and two years of working at Maple Island Films, where I have developed a strong set of skills and expertise in post-production and content editing.I am passionate about creating engaging and captivating digital content that tells compelling stories and connects with diverse audiences. As a freelance podcast editor, I remotely edit audio and video recorded with footage provided by Riverside.fm, a platform that allows recording high-quality podcasts and video interviews in different locations. I am solely responsible for video editing, audio mixing, graphics, and distribution. I also provide technical support to clients during filming and scheduling episodes. As a digital imaging technician and assistant editor at Maple Island Films, I transfer and log all footage from various cameras, coordinate and adjust the workflow from on-set production to post-production, prepare the project throughout post-production and post-lock, and facilitate communication between production, the lead editor, the colorist, and the dailies assistant editor. I use my post-production, content editing, and film editing skills to deliver high-quality outputs that meet the clients' expectations and deadlines.
