IBM Mainframe Systems Programmer for 15 years, then raised my 2 daughters, and in between worked in the Medical Field for 24 years, Retail Management, Boat Sales, Merchandising, Catering, and Wholesale Meat Sales. I'm an outgoing, friendly, honest person who likes to be out and about on the road meeting new contacts on a daily basis. Property Management has been my current expertise by maintaining and upgrading Real Estate using Green Building Technologies. Over the past year, I have received numerous Green Building Advantage certifications, including BPI Institute, and NABCEP Solar installation.
