I initiate and shape the vision, strategy and marketing of my unit together with the team.With my experience in the relevant specialist domains and in service provision, I am a reliable point of contact for Group partners, suppliers, stakeholders and other teams.As a product owner of the business unit, I drive the further development of the business for our Group partners and at the same time ensure customer satisfaction and profitability across the board together with the Agility Master of the business unit. I further develop team in order to reliably meet the requirements of our stakeholders and continuously increase the maturity level of the unit.I prioritize the requirements and communicate them with the stakeholders. Together with the Agility Master of the business unit, I act as a reliable partner for the Business Solutions Infrastructure Cluster and as a member of the Cluster Team, I am committed to the further development of the Cluster and digitalization within the DB Group.I live and promote an agile network-oriented way of working at equal footing.
