With more than 20 years of experience in the front line in banking and finance, I have now embarked on a reinvention journey on human capital development. My strengths include excellent communication, planning, client relationship and senior stakeholder management skills.I run Elett Consulting, a business and learning consultancy to help individuals and companies thrive and achieve their performance potential. My specific interest is in adult learning and development, including learners’ needs analysis, learning solutioning and design, curriculum development and facilitation of corporate training. For this role, I have completed an Advanced Certification in Learning and Performance (ACLP) from Institute of Adult Learning, an institute of SUSS, for certification for Learning Facilitators and Assessors for SSG-funded certifiable courses.
