Responsible for coaching agile teams to encourage adoption of the SAFe Agile continuous improvement mindset geared towards improving processes, efficiency and developing into high performing teams who can then coach others in the agile methodologies. Key member of the Steering Committee which establishes processes & adopts agile methodologies to implement strategic changes across the PIEE program. Champion for a lean agile mindset while continuously embedding a culture of continuous improvement using the SAFe agile methodology across multiple teams, internal & external stakeholders on the PIEE program. Provide metrics deep dives for Product Owners & stakeholders to ensure they have an accurate understanding of project/program status to avoid disruption of delivery. Work with agile teams to define and maintain key metrics & requirements that are used tracked to support the project and give a clear definition of a successful delivery. Facilitate brown bags/training sessions to coach multiple agile teams, product owners, stakeholders & business owners on SAFe agile processes and best practices. Responsible for facilitating all agile ceremonies related to a PI. Works closely with PO proxy (BA) to facilitate backlog refinement sessions & ad hoc meetings with the product owners and PMO as necessary to confirm user stories meet the definition of Ready & that the prioritization of all work items are in order. Responsible for evaluating team capacity for each iteration & establishing goals to help assure delivery can be met within the specified timeframe. Maintains close communication product owners, stakeholders, & agile teams to confirm testing, acceptance & delivery of code is ready for production release on time. Prepare/present multiple training sessions both in person & virtual to product owners, stakeholders, multiple agile teams.

Worked closely with the CIO, Campus Presidents, other executive leadership, and various vendors to remove blockers throughout a multi-million-dollar ERP refresh. Created and maintained accurate metrics and briefing documentation to keep all product owners and stakeholders current on the status of various IT projects delivered throughout the college. Recorded and created training videos to coach leadership, staff, multiple teams and various stakeholders on updated processes and procedures to help drive strategic change across the organization. Led several team projects within the college by transitioning end of life legacy infrastructures to new improved frameworks across 7 campuses. Improved previously strained product owner and stakeholder relationships with the IT Network Department by adopting and implementing techniques to help create a roadmap of the POs vison, maintaining a regular cadence-based schedule, removing blockers, and completing the project on time with a high level of customer satisfaction.
