I oversee all aspects of the company my role is mainly one of communication between the CEO and the various departments. I play a key part in the implementation of Customer Service and Administration as well as IT development, Marketing, Sales and Training. I work closely with all departments particularly IT development, ensuring that projects remain on track. I also monitor progress and help to plan for our imminent launch with our Digital Media Manager.

I am accountable for all aspects of the Company. This includes, staff training & HR, budgetary control & finance, IT development, client acquisitions, supplier recruitment, cost negotiations, sales planning, marketing strategy, customer service and client liaison.

As proprietor of Home James every aspect of the Company was in my control. Sales acquisitions, marketing strategy setting budgets. Business planning, price setting & finance all fell under my remit on a daily basis. A fast paced company which is ever changing, often needing quick and creative thinking to solve issues immediately. Also responsible for all staff recruitment and training and all aspects of ongoing development. IT development and system improvement was also part of my daily role. Managing data and planning work schedules along with allocating resources in advance and planning large transport events are all part of my skill set.

Responsible for a team of 20 people supporting all departments in the Business Centre and Call Centre team.

Hertfordshire & Essex

Delivering training courses to all 20 branches in the Area and implementing on the job skills required. Liaising with branch managers on training requirements.
