As a Senior Level Architect and Project Manager, I have worked in the Denver/Boulder, Colorado area, the Los Angeles/Santa Barbara, California area, and throughout the Hawaiian Islands. In Hawaii, I designed High-end Ocean Front Homes and managed the development of Education, Judiciary, Military, and Transportation Civic Facilities. I have been both design and production leader of many teams. I have designed sites and building concepts, detailed cabinetry, waterproofed windows, and problem solved on the fly during construction. I have submitted to building and planning departments, and presented to clients, city councils, and aesthetic boards. I have written contracts, budgeted, staffed, interviewed, and maintained client and contractor relations. I have managed large teams with specialties across the entire design, engineering, and construction spectrum as well as across the entire country.
