HeartHeld Coaching has chosen to specialize in supporting people through professional coaching and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My starting point is to be a tool for my clients' self-development, personal transformation and for individuals with chronic pain who need to find tools and methods to learn to manage and overcome their pain or illness and find a new quality of life. My vision is to awaken and guide each individual towards realizing their full potential and to live a life filled with meaning and balance, regardless of the obstacles they have or face.I do also do lectures in Coaching conversations to future leaders.

I am doing my last internship for eight and a half weeks with amazing CoachMastery to improve my coaching knowledge even more and help them in their daily work life.

Had my internship with CoachMastery which was a wonderful opportunity for me to learn more about Coaching and working as an consultant. I helped them with things like finding a book publisher, doing a marketing plan ,find statistics,help with contract of different webpages for advertising purposes, set up Google ads and of course practicing my coaching skills and observation skills. Also did an rapport for school during my internship where I had to analyse the businesses leadership, communication and their group dynamics using different theories and methods we learned in our leadership course.

-Taking inbound calls from customers and business partners.-Answer emails, chats and Facebook messages from our Scandinavian customers and business partners.-Coaching and mentoring to the new members of the team.-Placing orders and making sales via phone or emails. -Backoffice tasks like post, going out to the warehouse to check products, fixing payments issues and technical issues.

In this business role I use a lot of investigation skills and use my own judgement call to make decisions. -Research and take dececion if any violation or is risk taking place.- Educate our customers in our guidelines. -Make sure we are compliant with laws in the diffrent countries.- Coaching and mentoring of new hires and team mates struggling with reaching their targets, communication skills or on how to provide the best customer service. - Plan,prepare and hold meetings for other departments within PayPal to learn more about what we did in brand risk department.
