My name is Tina Vo! I am a first-generation student who is bilingual in both Vietnamese and English. I have a passion for art and being able to use my creativity to help inspire ideas and influence people's perspectives. I also enjoy traveling and being able to invoke on a journey of appreciating and understanding different cultures and traditions. I am pursuing a bachelor of science in Business Marketing, and a minor in Information Systems. At the University of Colorado Denver,I am part of the First Generation and Multicultural Program (FaM), and the First Generation and Multicultural Student Bridge Club, where I am on the social media marketing team. I believe in giving back to the community, growing a better connection within myself, and understanding what it is like to be a first-generation student.In my spare time, I also enjoy volunteering. I have more than 300 hours volunteering at the Children's Hospital Colorado Anschutz and 30 hours volunteering for a local elementary school, where I help students read and write. I enjoy being a part of teamwork and group projects, and I am continually working to grow my skills by connecting and adapting to different ideas and opinions. I am motivated to seek digital, product, and general marketing roles. I am passionate about maximizing consumers through effective marketing platforms and campaigns. I enjoy meeting new people and being able to understand different viewpoints.I am proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, Salesforce, Canva, Tableau, and Adobe. I hope to connect!
