As Chief People Officer, Tina is responsible for LendingClub’s human resources & recruitment, as well as all things related to people at LendingClub including diversity and inclusion; culture and employee engagement. Formerly LendingClub’s SVP of People Success and Organizational Strategy, Tina oversaw a team of HR professionals who supported over 1,000 LC employees, as well as the entire talent acquisition function, hiring over 600 people a year at all levels of the organization. In 2019, Tina was instrumental in the opening of LendingClub’s Lehi, UT office, which grew from zero to more than 500 employees within the first year of operation. Prior to joining LendingClub in 2015, she served as a Director at Daversa Partners, a boutique executive search firm specializing in leadership recruiting for venture backed companies.People are consistently surprised to find out she is a retired demolition derby driver. She spends her free time in the Oakland Hills with her horse, Rocky, and Weimaraner, Gertrude. Tina Graduated with Distinction from The Pennsylvania State University. She proudly sports Penn State gear whenever she has the chance.
