Helloooo! My name is Tina and I am a community builder and creator with a focus on the future of work and personal development. Iโve also hosted and organized over 100+ events that ranges from conferences and hackathons to safe rooms and a brunch series, all intentionally designed for folks to feel, connect and learn. After spending the last decade as a brand strategist at agencies such as R/GA and Big Spaceship, working on brands like Samsung and Mastercard, I realized that what I cared most about are people. Bringing people together, maximizing their human potential, rethinking their relationship with work and challenging societal norms so that they can live their best lives. I want to help people have healthier and more aligned relationships with work. I believe our work is an extension of our souls. There is beauty in it. Yet, corporate systems have stripped us away from the humanity of work and drove us to only care about the bottomline at all cost.
