As an Instructor, it is my responsibility to introduce the students to the art of book illustration, specifically children's books. The students will experience the basics of illustrating a storybook step-by-step procedure from designing characters, creating storyboards up to the final illustrations, and making a dummy book. They will also acquire the fundamental knowledge of marketing themselves as book illustrators, getting potential customers, and an overview of the tricks and tradeswhen dealing with clients. They will be building portfolio pieces focusing on narrative and promotional materials targeting children's book agents and publishers.

a member of Ang INK or Ang Ilustrador ng Kabataan ( Illustrators for Children ), an organization of aristst in the Philippines commited to the creation and promotion of illustrations for children.

First few months in the studio, I served as a senior 3D Graphic artist. Most of the tasks assigned to me was texturing, lighting and compositing. Then, eventually, was assigned to supervise the 3D team. My responsibilities were to give direction and manage both technical and creative output of the team. Since it's quite a small group, I would sometimes act as a project manager or production manager to manage the schedule of the team. Plus I still do some texture, lighting and compositing work when needed.
