Cost control is one of my key role. Projection of income base on companys historical expenses is a difficult but challenging task.I do invoicing base on the progress report submitted and approved by the project engineers. I am also responsible in releasing of payments to different subcontractors and preparation of the necessary documents such us Quotations, LPO's, delivery notes, payment request, Statement of account and invoices. Coordination regarding delivery is one of my obligations to ensure the continuity of the project. Keeping of records and submission to audit is also one of my concerns. Bank Reconciliation is a monthly task to secure that all payments are correctly issued to clients. Summarizing all payments and scrutinizing balances is important to avoid excess or under payments. I make sure that checks issuance and monitoring of petty cash is done with full of trustworthiness to avoid fraud and miscalculations.Collection of timesheets, computation of employee benefits, overtime and releasing of payroll is also one of my main responsibilities.

Acceptance of deposits, withdrawals, remittances and payments is my key role. Aside from that I also do cross-selling or sales. I am responsible for the internal audit function of the branch. Checking all the processed documents on a daily basis is my key role such as reviewing deposits, withrawals, bills payment etch. I am responsible for safekeeping of all the important documents, from filing, recording up to monitoring. Being an accountant I do accounting reports which is based on the companies format and policy. I do accounting entries, monitoring of supplies and expense which is direcltly reported to the branch manager on a monthly basis.
