Led the product design of a B2B platform for global trend tracking, from the initial pitch to execution. Key responsibilities included:- Rapid prototyping and testing of dashboard features with stakeholders and end-users across diverse sectors such as shipping, investment, fashion, and retail.- Data visualization and exploring new ways to apply machine learning for uncovering insights from scattered trend-data sources.This project was undertaken as a Copenhagen-based startup, with the parent organization headquartered in Switzerland.

Handled my own six-digit budget to create business value internally, externally, for tourists, and Copenhagen through user-centered digital solutions. Key project: Built a B2B tourism AI-driven prediction platform tailored for Danish cultural institutions, such as Tivoli and Louisiana, enabling them to derive actionable insights about their visitors through user-friendly dashboards.The project received recognition internationally, which enabled me to speak at conferences around Europe to inspire other cities in managing over-tourism.
