As the manager of the result team, I mainly played a role in coordinating with multiple departments and supervised the installation and operation of the Result System at the game venue including the Result Distribution system, Timing and Scoring system, Arbitration System and Competition Video System.At the system testing stage, I made test scenarios of the online result distribution system and cooperated with engineers to implement the test plans. To get better cooperation, I communicated with other departments regarding the result team running procedures and policy and emergency plans. I trained more than 20 volunteers to assist with the online and offline result distribution system.
