- To make human resources strategic planning and get them well implemented. - Ensure recruitment, C&B, evaluation, training are implemented correctly and consistently so as to meet needs of the specific business needs.- Work with the Director to: prepare staffing budget, implement HR policies, procedures and practices. Assist in organizing, monitoring and administering the HR activities and administrative task.- Involved in negotiating the offer and all follow up service for new employees. Build up database of talents for the company. Keep long term relationship with the potential candidates.- Administer general HR functions, coordinate departments evaluation, year bonus, etc.- Facilitate dialog with employees to promote open communications culture. - Provide guidance on design of employee activities to promote the team construction.- Work with Hilton sister hotel to handle cross training for new staff.- Keep good relation with the relevant government office.

- Set up an effective recruitment channel to satisfy the requirements of the company development.- Establish company standard of conduct and staff discipline policy together with HR manager.- Be in charge of staff monthly payroll and improve staff compensation and benefit.- Assist HR Manager to draft budget and implement properly.- Organize every type of staff activities to enhance team strength and encourage them active in the working.- Work with line management on training analysis and planning, monitor the implementation of training programs, support on people development and succession planning.- Be responsible for expatriates’ working visa and residence permit.- Involved in other issue, like staff canteen, staff dormitory, staff locker, attendance card, etc.
