王汀，药剂学博士，教授，2007年7月毕业于沈阳药科大学，目前为安徽医科大学药学院药剂学教研室主任。研究方向为脂质纳米载体制备及在药物/疫苗传递方面的应用，致力于发展新型疫苗载体及佐剂系统（vaccine carrier and adjuvant system, VADS），包括构建新型脂质体、磷脂双分子层被覆铝纳米粒、微针阵列等，以克服传统注射接种缺陷，提高免疫应答效力。新型VADS期望通过非注射接种（口服、鼻腔接种），诱导机体产生系统及粘膜免疫应答。目前主持8项国家、省、校级研究项目，发表论文30余篇，参编《药剂学》教材一部（中国医药科技出版社）、2部外文脂质体疫苗载体专著章节（Springer、InTech出版社），申请8项专利（其中3项已经授权）。Dr. Ting WANG, now a professor from Anhui Medical University in China, finished his PhD study in July 2007, majored in nanodrug delivery system, in Shenyang Pharmaceutical University, and promoted to professor position in Anhui Medical University in July 2014. Now his research interests involve mucosal VADS with natural lipids as carriers to resolve mucosal vaccination problems. Dr. Wang excels in certain skills and techniques, such as preparation of liposomes as drug/vaccine carriers, freeze-drying of pharmaceutics, design, carrying out and analysis of in vivo tests, separation and purification of chemicals, extraction and analysis of therapeutic active compounds in plants/herbs; and proficiency in the use of UV, IR, HPLC, GC, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), dynamic light scattering (DLS), and fluorescent spectrometer; and familiar with atomic force microscopy (AFM), and electron microscopy (EM); having skills in: isolation and culture of immunocytes, ELISA assays, mouse/rat work, MTT, and flow cytometry cell assays.
