Deal with project contract, preparation( power equipment procurement and installation on the site, purchasing small amount of project materials and life necessities, arrangement for the opening ceremony etc), banking affairs, customs procedures(for project materials and personnel ), vehicle rental, communication with Nepal side of this project, reception, etc.
