I have got an amazing opportunity to work for the Iron Ore Desk and my main responsibility include: • Provide support to brokers ensure timely input of trades into relevant exchanges, providing trade details to traders and brokers on a daily basis. • Reconcile and enter trades in Trade Authorization and/or relevant exchange in timely manner, tracking daily trading activities. • Produce a daily/weekly update of market prices, market direction for international desks as required. • Resolve any trade queries received internally and externally, and ensure any trade discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner. • Provide support to brokers on the desk to enable smooth day to day running of the desk.
