Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS)• Reviewed and assessed applications for their eligibility in the scheme, using both installer-supplied and publicly available open-source information• Recommended the disbursal of >£1.3m in grants based on the abovementioned evidence and in line with the legislation, with all recommendations made to disburse/reject endorsed by management bar one (>99.5% accuracy)

Open to all incoming first-year undergraduates, the University's Peer Mentoring scheme had an uptake of more than 1100 new students (~17%) for the 2019/20 cycle.• Worked alongside the student inclusion team to deliver the whole scheme, as one of fourteen senior peer mentors university-wide• Oversaw the activities of twenty-two peer mentors• Assisted with recruitment and training of new Peer Mentors (~220 for 2019/20)

Provided guidance for new undergraduates (by responding to queries and organising individual meetups) to ensure their smooth transition into university

Strategic Communications Directorate (SCD)

Worked in the technical support unit in an ammunition depot as part of my full-time mandatory conscription (National Service), playing both an administrative and ammunition-related role.• Created and utilised Excel sheets involving the use of VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP to decrease the time spent on managing both manpower-related and ammunition-related issues, enabling the administrative team and the entire department to run with 66% and 48% fewer personnel respectively, even in periods of high activity• Helmed the administrative team in the final months of my service• Liaised with other relevant units/departments over the department's work; in reporting ammunition defects and discrepancies found during inspection, and in coordinating the movement of ammunition• Managed the manpower count, leave, and absence within the departmentI was also involved in two special projects during my time in the military:• Appointed one of twenty-five production line in-charge (IC) in the time period leading up to National Day 2015, and responsible for running a production line that played a central role in assembling 1.1 million goodie bags within three weeks, which were distributed to every household in the country• Inspected and set up fireworks as part of the land fireworks team for National Day Parade 2016, as well as for the preview shows leading up to the Parade, which were collectively attended by 275k Singaporean citizens and permanent residents
