I translated 35 - 40 documents such as legal contracts, mobile application content from Mandarin to English, and translated for 20 tourists who are not Mandarin speakers to find destinations within Taiwan. As a team leader, I developed policies and procedures for the team such as interviewing and hiring guidelines of translators, work objectives, and service demeanors. I also trained over 10 new employees about the appropriate dress code for work, the appropriate wording when translating for customers.

I educated students from age 8 to 14 in the fundamentals of the English language. In addition, I also motivated teenage students to grow interest in learning English by playing word games, sports, and giving prizes.
