I like to see the big smile on brokers’ face when loan applications are finally settled no matter how much problems we got and it is a pleasure to receive thanks letter from clients when they can finally move into their dream house. As a personal assistant, I am endeavor to assist brokers with loan application preparation to meet clients’ needs.I started working in mortgage broking industry from Jan 2021. Initially worked as a data entry admin for 1 broker, I can now do some preliminary assessment and prepare loan application by learning how to analysis cases from day-to-day work and by studying lenders’ policies. With willingness to learn, I am working with 2 brokers to process applications.As a self-motivated person, I am good at working alone but still can be collaborative with team members when analyzing complex cases or communicating with stakeholders such as settlement agents and banks. Benefit from my time management skills and multitasks ability, I am able to process several applications at the same time and try to avoid penalties.Thanks to my education background of finance industry, I can step into finance services industry quicker and easier especially when I need to look at companies’ financials.
