HR:• Be responsible for recruitment process, including but not limited to headcount planning, managing Talent Pool, implementation of hiring plan, liaising to recruitment agencies, interview arrangement, discussing with Hiring Manager, giving feedback to candidates…• Handle payroll and payroll-related matters (PIT, social charges, bonus, Vietnam Care...) • Implement corporate human resoures policies & plans• Manage employee database, ensure all data is kept with highest confidentiality and updated accurately (personal information, training, promotion, discipline, leave…)• Organize activities to build up and maintain teamwork spirit • Ensure HR & Amind reports to be submitted accurately & timely• Other tasks assigned by the Company.Office Services:• Supervise purchasing of related office supplies • Manage office services, including of mail delivery, cleaning, stationery, maintenance…• Other tasks assigned by the Company

Administration:• Make and extend Work permit, visa, Temporary residence card,….• Making Adjustment Investerment Licence.• Cost expenses and allocated all kind of assets for the company monthly, yearly.• Performing other administrative tasks: fax, photocopy, drafting, typing, follow up the paymentmake payment request, search new supplier, make PO, ...• Managing stationery• Make monthly inventory report• Supervise other administrative work
