Working as part of the Business Development Team, I was responsible for managing new Local Government Customers on their Comensura journey; from first contact through to implementation.Working in partnership with a network of external and internal stakeholders I shared our stories, listened intently to the requirements of customers and then brought that all to life within the unique Neutral Vendor Managed Service Program.

On behalf of one of the UK's largest recruitment PLC's (Impellam) I manage a busy local network in multi-sector recruitment for Blue Arrow Specialist Staffing. We specialise in Catering, Industrial, Driving & Public Sector flexible working with a range of National Clients and local independent or SME businesses. Operate from a base branch in Cambridge and cover Ipswich & Norwich branches supporting the managers and their teams, effectively covering the whole of East Anglia. Manage a team of 15 people, a turnover of +£6.5mil and delivery of +600k hours of flexible labour per annum.

Established a brand identity and built a temporary catering recruitment business in 5 locations for an SME which included the brands West One, Lister Charles, Angel Partners and other businesses with interests as diverse as property and green energy solutions. Oversaw credit control function and managed relationship with invoice discounter and payroll business for the group, as well as driving sales, managing a team of 25 people and working closely with Board of Directors on a daily basis to develop West One across it's multiple locations. Business development and sales strategy as well as ensuring high standards of service delivery across the brand.
