I independently analyzed the situation, researched, interpreted policy, and used good judgment and skill within and outside of the existing policies to determine and execute an effective and satisfactory resolution within a required response deadline. I established a personal and continual communication with the customer through the complaint resolution process and became the single point of contact in complex situations.

I multi-tasked in kitting (picking parts), building, & shipping of a computer order.

I managed a crew of 20 people, expertly planned coverage during fluctuating shifts while maintained inventory control of at least 98% accuracy. I also verified large Cash handling flow of over at least $800,000.00+ per day while ensuring store security with daily lock and video checks, and by maintaining communication with the alarm company. Furthermore, I upheld maintenance of restaurant and restaurant equipment ensuring smooth and continuous operation.
