I am a Personality and software development Trainer turned Field Salesman.I started my career at NIIT Ltd as a trainer, my areas of training were in software development languages and soft skills. In the short span of three year I have been able to train a lot of candidates who had come to us to develop themselves and be productive for the industry, Proudly I have been able to train and develop a lot of candidates who have joined MNCs in the future around the globe.Marketing was a passion that I found in myself at NIIT and hence I did take up marketing roles too there and towards the end of the 3 years I decided to join for MBA in Marketing and Operations.Its during my MBA days that I found it is important to study and closely understand the market, to understand how and why a customer reacts to anything at different instances and hence I decided to take up sales where I can have a direct interaction with customers as well as the company.I am working at VisionRx Lab now and its going really good, joined in September 2018 and won the best performer award for the year 2019 and looking forward to learn more and achieve more.My confidence is in my communication and writing skills in english and the ability to convey thoughts in an understandable and simple manner to all.
