Drive improvements in process by working interdepartmentally and with external financial partners.- Management of daily payable & receivables reports - Management of Intercompany loans and documentation - Interaction with multiple functional areas including management, supply chain, Logistic, Comercial, finance, IT and legal. - Letter of credit advisor

Main PurposeEnsure daily operations across Letter of Credit, payables/receivables, loans, and cash reports are completed to agreed standardsTreasury Key Responsibilities- Management of payments processes, ensuring all payments are submitted to the banks, before their respective deadlines- Verification of payments and transfers through the Treasury systems. Maintaining the Treasury system with up-to-date bank details- Cash forecasting reports verified and submitted Daily/weekly. - Management of daily payable & receivables reports - Handling bank investigations- Management of Intercompany loans and documentation - Bank reconciliation and review work: liaise with Accounting- Internal and external contact with operations staff throughout the world- Assist in mitigating banking fees and transaction costs of Treasury activities (Several Banks from USA, México, Brazil, Uruguay and Argentina)- Ad hoc treasury projects/analysis- Operations and Compliance: Ensure revenues are fully and properly collected.
