My personal values are order, flexible processes which could be adopted if necessary, accumulation of the best practices in order to use them in next projects. I like to watch how people grow and assist them with that. The special area of interest I see in growing of team as a single whole. Because of all of that I have chosen management as line of my growing and target of my efforts.My manager experience is related to data migration projects where I leaded distributed team which included people from different countries. Together we successfully completed data migration for a telecom operator in Central America from its legacy system to a new system allowing him improve their quality of service and effectiveness.I am skilled in organization of iterative development, establishing processes within a team, planning, assessment, risk monitoring. I am also aware about specific of people motivation and stages of their growth which helps me to choose specific approach to team members and arrange individual grow program for them.Now I am looking for an opportunity to work in new area for me which is game development. The most exciting benefit for me is the result of efforts in this industry. The games delivers happiness to people including myself. I love this industry and would be happy to be part of it.
