As Brainport Development Traineeship Project Manager, I am responsible for making successful matches between European top talent in Tech/IT and leading employers in the Brainport Eindhoven region. Driven by my strong relationships with key universities and vocational schools across Europe, I focus on promoting employment in the Brainport region, facilitating conversation between students, young professionals, and employers, and ultimately placing Tech talent for traineeships in the area.

As Project Manager, I was responsible for various Train the Trainer projects in the VET area (Vocational Education and Training). Key functional areas: Machining, CNC machining, welding, sheetmetalwork, mechatronics. In this role, I led coursework development with many international partner organizations, including in China, Ghana, Syria, Kenya, and Cambodia.

Since the year 2007 I was a member of the steering committee of The Dutch Alliance, a foundation of VET institutes in the Netherlands with the purpose of enhancing their international activities. The Dutch Alliance network is well known in the Netherlands for its high quality work in the field of international activities.
