While serving as Assistant Project Manager at ISG, I completed multiple A&A works and restaurant construction projects with total value of £25+ million. I utilised my project management and negotiation skills to coordinate with all the trade contractors to deliver high-quality projects to the clients within the schedule. I was also able to work independently and under pressure while managing two projects simultaneously. I was successful in problem solving, dealing with site issues, and achieved project milestones within budget. With my critical civil and structural engineering background on the team, I actively coordinated with design teams and consultants to resolve the urgent site issues. Also, I employed my safety management skills to provide advice to the construction team and trade contractors to create safe site construction environments and minimise the risk of accidents. In addition, I:- Organised and chaired trade contractors progress meetings and coordinated with trade contractors to ensure their document submissions and site works were delivered as scheduled - Prepared construction programme for trade contractors’ coordination with working sequences to achieve the project milestones - Coordinated closely with the construction manager and design manager to resolve on-going site problems and report any design change or potential risks to client/consultant- Liaised closely with safety, design, QAQC, QS, MEP and construction teams to deliver the projects successfully within the given time constraints- Prepared and reviewed trade contractors’ material and method statement submission, and ensured documents complied with the technical specifications from consultants and clients

While serving as Site Engineer at Dragages in the Hotel Morpheus Construction Project, I actively coordinated with trade constructors and different teams and closely monitored the construction progress of the installation of 30,000+ tons of structural steel. I also helped to advance the weekly steel erection tonnages from 100+ to 300+ tons per week. Managing more than 5 foremen\s daily activities within the set targets enhanced my leadership and site construction management skills. Employing my safety management and project planning skills, I conducted daily on-site safety walks, forecasted the upcoming work activities, and arranged safety trainings for related teams. This project was awarded Gold Prize for the Best Safety in Hotel and Casino Industry, Best Safety Management and Best Safety Improvement & Innovation. In addition to the above accomplishments, I also:- Managed resources and planned structural steel delivery and on-site storage for the construction - Planned handover target and supervised the site activities, coordinated closely with RC & Façade Production teams in order to complete concrete casting milestones on each floor - Coordinated with subcontractors, QA/QC, other production teams and consultants for site construction to ensure the quality of the works meet the specification requirements

While serving as Engineer at Leighton in the Wynn Palace Construction Project, I developed my project planning and quality management skills by overseeing the installation progress and managing resources in each construction stage to complete 28,000+ tons of structural steel. I promptly responded and solved site issues and coordinated with trade contractors and consultants to ensure effective collaboration for installation. My high motivation levels played a key role in achieving the milestone of the project.- Planned the programme depends on construction sequences by using MS Project and oversaw the site activities to meet the target - Designed temporary steel supports with calculation sheet for the site construction purposes - Assisted Site Agent with preparing commercial documents and instructions for subcontractors and suppliers - Led back of house fit-out works.
