People Operations Leader Assigned At Thunder Ph
CurrentIn my current role, I develop and implement HR strategies that align with Thunder Philippines' objectives. I work closely with Thunder business leaders to understand organizational goals and offer strategic HR guidance. My responsibilities include overseeing talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning.Together with Thunder's Top Management, I create and enforce HR policies that comply with PH labor laws and stay updated on industry best practices to keep the policies effective. To promote a positive work environment, I collaborate with Thunder Leaders and implement employee relations initiatives, address concerns, and foster a culture of open communication and diversity.I manage the performance processes with the Thunder Phil's Country Manager to boost productivity and support employee development. This includes advising managers on goal setting and feedback. I also drive organizational development by implementing initiatives that enhance effectiveness and advocate for necessary changes.My role involves designing training programs for skills development and career growth of Thunder PH employees. I handle the company’s compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and regularly updated.To improve employee engagement, I organize team-building activities and events, with Thunder PH employee-committee leaders, that promote a positive company culture. I also lead administrative functions, including office management, procurement, vendor relationships, and various ad hoc tasks ensuring smooth daily operations and a supportive work environment.
