I am responsible for formulating the development of and implementing search strategies for active and passive candidates for professional positions in the organization. I engage in a consultative role and in this regard extensively interact with multiple hiring managers in three different states within an operations team. I exercise discretion and independent judgment to identify possible matches of talent, and later make the hiring decision which candidate(s) best fits the criteria developed in consultation with the hiring manager for these key decision-making roles in the organization. I then send out the offer letters, pre-hire audits and onboarding paperwork. Then follow up with the hiring managers and the new employees to verify start dates. I have weekly meetings with the Ops team and hiring managers. This is a remote position with multiple zoom meetings per week. I have hired over 200 employees in the last 6 months.

I was the assistant to the store manager. I did Full Cycle recruiting for the store manager and 10 assistant store managers using Ultripro and Kronos for timekeeping. I did applicant tracking, interviewing, drug screening, background checks. Employee benefits presentations and time keeping for 165 employees. The company removed the position in 2020 or I would still be there.

I assisted a social worker with date entry and case files. I would still be there but I helped the social worker get her license for NC and she relocated and there were no open positions at the time.

Assist the Program Assistant for the Erma Byrd site of Bluefield State College in accepting Financial Aid applications and admissions paperwork. Assisting with registration for classes and starting and video conferencing classrooms for Audio Visual instruction. Proctoring tests for students. Assisting professors as needed.

I was licensed in 17 states. I sold automobile insurance as well as special lines insurance.

I traveled nationally and worked in 18 different states. I was a security screener at checkpoints as well as in the cargo area. I also inspected airplanes and airline employees.
