 Attend to and resolve telephonic customer queries raised by customers regarding repairs. Dealing with Cell C direct customers as well as Cell C franchise stores and third party such as: Pep, Ackermans, Edcon, and Game stores. Handling approximately 90 to 100 inbound calls per day resolving queries related to damaged and malfunctioning handset and providing lead time to customers based on when the repair is expected to be complete. Issuing quotations to customers for them to accept or reject repair quotes before repair work commences. Assisting with queries and complaints that has been logged via email. Ensure that all repairs details have been accurately captures on the system and overseeing the status of deliveries and collections by RAM couriers. Ensuring Customers remain satisfied with services rendered at all times and assisting with minor technical troubleshooting when possible.
