As a consultant, I assist organizations in figuring out what questions they need to ask, and what to do with the answers, with a focus on digital marketing, social media, customer/member care, and communications.For small businesses, this includes identifying branding, marketing, and tech plans and goals. For medium and large businesses, I create day to day social media success, find efficiencies in marketing tech stacks, and help draw together project teams that work together well.
