Current- Project coordination and management for post-production customers
- Conduct training for OSV New Hire on BPaaS Methodology, Client training for purchased services and Benefit Administration
- Responsible for adhering to the current project management methodology while influencing practices, process improvements and procedures
- Coordinates internally to obtain resources as required for projects (assures resources have required tenant security by project type)
- Highly-visible, hands-on position serving as the main point of contact throughout the development of Workday implementation based on customer purchased service(s) at OSV.
- Establish and manage timelines that clearly identify all tasks, task durations, team resources responsible for completing the tasks and meeting needs, and milestones needed to complete assigned projects.
