Pre-Livestream:- Stock management: Ensure there is no stock shortage of key products and gifts.- Livestream preparation: Prepare document, data & script for livestreaming, prepare products testers in advance and handling testers. - Operate livestreaming equipment, ensuring smooth broadcasts with high-quality video and audio.- Work with Creative team to deliver final designed livestream frame, standby during livestreams.Livestream:- Manage livestream performance and make plan with brand team to collaborate with co-hosts to deliver sales target and other improvement methods.- Setup deals in TikTok Shop platform and create new combo in internal system.- Recruit and manage co-hosts to run BAU and key live to build brands.Post-Livestream:- Create reports on sales.- Daily collaborate with platform KAM to monitor and optimize performance.- Analyze livestream data, evaluate livestream effectiveness, and provide optimization recommendations.

- Set-up background, recording equipment, sound, light...- Compose sample productions for the live stream host according to the set.- Update on existing sales at the beginning of the day, selling price according to the Company's promotion program.- Working with A.M from TikTok to monitor and register for daily campaigns such as Pay Day Sale, Key Livestream, Flash Sale, live mix brands with KOLs/KOCs like Pham Thoai, Angela Phuong Trinh, Yeye Nhat Ha...- Chatbox and create a ticket for customer care department to assist in processing exchange/payment orders.- Appeal the presenter's scope cases when going live to minimize negative numbers for the store.- Revenue recognition and sales statistics of servers after livestream session.- Create new products on the booth for new arrivals, update new documents and policies on TikTok for customers.
