- Analyse, translate and redact sensitive documents in light of OFAC and US Department of Justice investigations.- Assist with the production of documents in the context of Financial Institution Investigation (bundle, file, index, proofread documents, update documents and legal databases).- Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering Regulations and KYC Regulations.- Development of first-hand knowledge of trade finance, anti-money laundering regulations and KYC regulations

- Provide legal advice on various topics (consumer law, employment law, family law, administrative law, business law and tax law) in order to favour out of court dispute resolution.- Provide guidance to clients facing legal proceedings.- Analyse contracts and terms and conditions.- Legal monitoring.- Enforce insurance contracts and explain guarantees to clients.

- Participate in day to day legal management of 140 subsidiaries (e.g. meetings minutes, annual reports, delegations of power, articles of association)- Provide advice on company shareholder, legal and compliance issues.- Handle company mergers and acquisitions and disposals.- Review business transaction documents, nondisclosure agreements and outsourcing agreements.- Participate in pre-sale planning and preparation activities.- Assist in implementing improvements to operating policy and procedures.
