Ensuring the best performances for each of them with frequent optimisations, reports reviewing and creation.I also worked on the overall process optimisation in order to ensure that the Creative services SLAs were respected despite the growing number of clients to.

As a Webdesigner, I worked on mockups of the new website and started its integration in HTML / CSS / Smarty. I was also in charge of designing and integrating the weekly Newsletters with very different graphical styles matching the different themes.
