* Develop relationships with Community & Professional referral sources* Develop relationships with caregivers, family & seniors that result in leases & move ins* Maintain leads and profession records for tracking leads and referrals* Plan and execute events that result in leads* Planning of daily, weekly, monthly pre/post opening events* Ensure facility records are maintained accurate according to policies, procedures & regulatory requirements- including and not limited to resident, personnel & administrative records* Assist Community Manager in recruiting, screening, interviewing & hiring associates as needed* Assist Community Manager in providing oversight to associates including disciplinary action.* Provide Administrative coverage for Community Manager as needed.* Oversee the Front End Concierges* Assist in decorating building & planning parties and events for Marketing & residents.* New Resident Admissions paperwork and move in planProgrammed internal phone system and Nursing Call system* A/R, Responsible for accuracy and distribution of invoices, assisted with daily Deposits.* Spring Gardens reached 100 % occupancy before its 2nd anniversary of April 30, 2012. I was responsible for pre-leasing before building was complete and was the 1st employee of Spring Gardens.

RESPONSIBLITIES* Building Relationships with Doctors, Hospitals, & Skilled Nursing Facilities* Fundraisers and Marketing Events* Doctor’s orders for Patients* Educate Public on Home Health, Hospice, Oxygen, Tele-health and other services offered.* Meeting/exceeding Patient Census and budget needs.* Attend Social Workers Luncheons and other groups to be a better resource for patients.* Visit patients when in hospital or Skilled Nursing Facility* Building new relationships in the community to grow location* Promote our non-profit programs and educate public on resources that are available to help them.
