Tiphany serves as the Chief Growth Officer at Aesthetic Record, a vertically integrated solutions platform for Aesthetic clinics. Since 2019, she’s led the core Aesthetic Record EMR & Practice Management software, growing it from 300 to 9,000 clinics across the US. In addition, she and her team launched LeadAR, a CRM, Sales & Automation SaaS, in 2023 to provide Practices with an integrated marketing suite that works in tandem with their EMR. To complete the AR ecosystem, she launched AR Sync Powered by YEXT in 2024 to help Practices take control of their online reputation and boost their SEO. In addition to the software verticals, she also serves as the Executive Producer for Aesthetic Next Productions, an aesthetic-focused media & production house, and oversees the AR Marketplace, a one-stop-shop for all things Aesthetics.She is the co-founder and Director of global medical educational conference, Aesthetic Next, a multi-disciplinary, international aesthetic meeting & Xccelerator, a Practice-growth retreat in its inaugural year. She’s also the host of For The Record, a weekly podcast devoted to highlighting disruptive thinkers and their strategies for surviving and thriving in the Aesthetics industry.Her laser focus on growth has resulted in new product offerings, new features, system improvements and partnerships at AR leading Tiphany to be named as a Top 25 Woman Leader in Healthcare Technology by the Healthcare Technology Report, one of 10 Next-Gen Leaders by Mirror Review Magazine and a Top 50 Women Leaders in Dallas for 2023 and 2024. Under her leadership, Aesthetic Record was also named Dot.com Magazine’s 2022 Impact Company of the Year. She’s been involved in 7 FDA approvals and subsequent training, marketing and novel technology launches for various industry manufacturers, and she has a passion for bringing quality educational opportunities to Aesthetic Providers, Practice Owners and Staff around the world.While technology innovation is her passion, she’s spent more than a decade working with Fortune 500 companies to standardize their “people intensive” operations from front-line associates to C-Suite executives. She’s worked in the trenches, scaling business operations for companies like Walmart, Inc., Dillard’s, Tyson Foods, Proctor & Gamble, and Nestle among others.
